WorkSitePass

by WorkSitePass · Founder, product designer and researcher

TL;DR

  • Founded, researched and designed a certification-readiness product for small and mid-sized general contractors.
  • Discovery reframed it from a tracking problem to a visibility problem: built for the superintendent at the gate at 7am, not the safety manager at a desk.
  • Live on web and mobile, with contractors running free trials. Nobody has converted to paid yet — and this case study says so.

ECAM

by GardaWorld · Lead Product Designer, end to end

TL;DR

  • The brief was “make it beautiful, and add mobile.” I turned it into two real problems: operators were marking alarms, not resolving them — and two roles were sharing one interface.
  • I proved the thesis on one screen, the alarm profile. Its reception became the mandate to rebuild the web console and ship native mobile.
  • 1,000+ screens and versions, 2 user roles, 2 platforms — all on a three-layer token system mapped to Tailwind and React.
